Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

What is deleted:

• Your account and password; you're signed out everywhere
• Your chat with the store and the photos and files you sent in it
• Your used-market listings and their photos
• Your product reviews
• Your saved items, notifications and the sellers you hid
• Your points
• Your messages from the contact page

What the store keeps:

Past orders, print requests and book bookings, which the store needs for its accounts and invoices. They are unlinked from your account; contact us to ask for them to be erased.
