Orders and prices

• Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is provisional until we confirm it with you.
• The store may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or you can't be reached; anything you paid is refunded.

Payment

• Cash on delivery, or mobile wallet / InstaPay when available. Transfers are confirmed after we review them.
• We never ask for card details.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if someone uses your account without permission.
• You can delete your account at any time in "My account" → "Delete account".

What you post (used market, reviews, chat)

Strictly not allowed: abusive, insulting, racist, sexual, violent or harassing content, scams, banned or stolen goods, or other people's personal data.

• Market listings are reviewed before they appear.
• We may remove any content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the account that posted it.
• If you see something that breaks the rules, report it with the "Report" button, the chat or the contact page; we review reports as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
• Used-market sales are between customers. The store helps with contact and handover but is not responsible for the condition of used items.

Printing and book bookings

• You are responsible for making sure the files you upload don't break anyone's rights or the law.
• Deposit and refund rules for book bookings are shown on the booking page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
